This legal notice is published in accordance with:

3.1 Platform rights

All elements making up the InstAItools.com platform — including but not limited to: the domain name, brand, logo, design, interface architecture, source code, editorial text, illustrations and any other editorial content — are the exclusive property of InstAItools.com and are protected by:

• The French Intellectual Property Code
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
• International treaties on intellectual property

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, exploitation, distribution or use, even partial, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of InstAItools.com is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3.2 Sellers' rights

Each seller retains all intellectual property rights over the products they list on the platform (source code, prompts, educational content, etc.). Listing constitutes only a non-exclusive license granted to InstAItools.com for the purposes of presenting and selling the products on the platform.

3.3 Reporting infringement

Anyone who believes that content published on InstAItools.com infringes their intellectual property rights can send a notification to hello@instaitools.com specifying: their identity, the disputed content, and the rights invoked. InstAItools.com undertakes to process any notification within 5 working days.

4.1 Technical intermediary role

InstAItools.com acts as a technical intermediary between buyers and sellers, within the meaning of article 6-I-2 of the LCEN. The platform does not publish the products and services offered by sellers and cannot be held responsible for their content, operation, or compliance with applicable sector regulations.

4.2 Availability

InstAItools.com strives to keep the platform accessible at all times but cannot guarantee continuous availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical incidents. In the case of scheduled maintenance, 48-hour notice will be communicated by email.

4.3 Hyperlinks

The platform may contain links to third-party sites. InstAItools.com has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability. Linking to the InstAItools.com platform requires prior written authorization.

4.4 Force majeure

InstAItools.com cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French case law, including: natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, pandemics or governmental decisions.

InstAItools.com uses a minimal number of cookies:

• Session cookies (authentication): strictly necessary, no consent required
• Analytics: Plausible Analytics — cookieless, anonymized data, GDPR-compliant without banner
• No advertising cookies, no profiling cookies, no ad network

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, an information banner is displayed on first visit. Users can manage their preferences at any time via their browser settings.

This legal notice and all contractual relationships between InstAItools.com and its users are governed by French law, regardless of the user's nationality or the country from which they access the platform. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of this notice, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days of notification of the dispute. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the registered office of InstAItools.com (France).

For consumers residing in the European Union:

8.1 Illegal content

In accordance with article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, any user can report manifestly illegal content to: hello@instaitools.com (subject: "Illegal content report"). InstAItools.com undertakes to process any report within 24 hours.

8.2 Content infringing human dignity

Any content infringing human dignity must be reported without delay. InstAItools.com cooperates with the competent authorities (French National Police, ARCOM) for the removal of any illegal content.

8.3 Official reporting platform

Child sexual abuse material or content inciting hatred must also be reported on the official platform of the French Ministry of the Interior: www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr
